I have been a resident of Mississippi County for 29 years.  I now seek to serve the needs of the citizens of Mississippi County.  My goals include supporting education, affordable housing, community programs and the local economy.  These four components are intertwined and can strengthen the community foundation of Mississippi County.

I am committed to preserving, protecting and promoting all possible opportunities that will improve the lives and communities of the residents within Mississippi County.

 LIST OF ISSUES

EDUCATION

I believe in supporting educators.  I hope to develop incentives and improved benefits for the recruitment and retention of educators in our public schools and local community college.  Children are our most important investment!

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

With the recent demand of labor force in Mississippi County, our area has the opportunity to make available an extensive supply of affordable housing.  I seek to promote measures for the construction & renovation of housing developments in our communities, encouraging people to reside in Mississippi County.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

There are several local programs that operate to support the citizens of Mississippi County and I pledge to support them as they minister to the needs of people in their respective communities.

ECONOMY

Mississippi County is blessed with all the necessary modes of transportation to support any type of industry.  My economic goal is to create opportunities to support farmers, small business owners and local steel companies.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The overpasses and Interstate 55 between Osceola and Blytheville need repairing, some water systems need improvements and high speed internet needs to be provided in certain areas.

PRO-LIFE

I am Pro-Life and seek to protect the rights of unborn children.

SECOND AMENDMENT

I support the Second Amendment of the United States Bill of Rights.
